For a tourist or business visa, please send us the following:

• Passport and/or passport replacing documents - must be valid for at least 6 months.
• Visa Request Form - completly filled out.
• Passport size photo in color.
• Letter stating the purpose of your trip, sponsorship and financial guarantee (or name and contact of the company in Afghanistan if this is this is for a business visa), and your dates of travel.
• Copy of your airline ticket or travel agent itinerary.
