COVID-19 Safety Procedures

In these uncertain times, we take our role as an essential service provider seriously. We remain open to serve our customers while closely following guidelines put in place by the federal, local governments and the CDC. Therefore, we offer multiple options to serve you while keeping you and your employees’ safety, in mind.

To ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees, we’ve implemented the following measures:

  • Daily check-in with employees to assess health. Any employee showing the symptoms of COVID-19 will be asked to go/stay home.
  • All administrative staff have the technology capabilities to work remotely if needed.
  • We offer the ability to receive and forward your documents via FedEx, UPS or USPS.
  • When making deliveries, our couriers are required to wear face masks.
  • All employees have been instructed to abide by social distancing guidelines.
