What you will need:

  1. U.S. Passport – You must provide your signed passport. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months and have a blank page available.
  2. Zimbabwe Visa Application Form – Please provide a completed application form in duplicate. Application form can be downloaded directly from the Zimbabwe Embassy website –  NOTE – You must sign inside the box exactly as indicated.
  3. Washington Express Visas Visa Request Form – filled out completely.
  4. Photograph – Please provide two color, passport size photos. The photographs must be printed on photo paper, 2″ by 2″ and have a white background, and must have been taken in the last 6 months.
  5. Copy of your round trip airline tickets or a letter from your travel agent confirming that round trip tickets will be issued. Itinerary is not accepted unless it shows the ticket number(s), or that the ticket is paid for.
  6. Copy of driver’s license or state ID is required for proof of residency

US Citizens can also apply for a visa upon arrival in Zimbabwe for a stay of 90 days or less for tourism.

Minor Children (under 18 years) must also have:

  • Travel Authorization for Minors Form (Notarized). All applicants under 18 years of age, who are traveling alone, or in the company of only one parent, will only be allowed out of Zimbabwe when duly authorized by the absent parent(s).
  • Notarized photocopy of birth certificate.
  • In the event of absent parent(s), a notarized letter of parental consent authorizing the Consulate General of Zimbabwe to issue a visa, signed by the absent parent(s) or guardian(s).

What you will need:

  5. A business letter from your company, on company letterhead, stating the purpose of travel (the letter must state the traveler will be going to Zimbabwe for “meetings and discussions only and no technical work to be performed”, you MUST explain in detail the topic and purpose for these discussions and meetings), the name and contact of the company in Zimbabwe you’re visiting, and a financial guarantee for all of your expenses.
  6. An invitation letter from the company you are visiting in Zimbabwe (on their letterhead) is required which must be notarized.
  7. Copy of your airline ticket or travel agent itinerary.
  8. Driver’s license or state ID for proof of residency.

Zimbabwe Consular Fees:

  • Single Entry Visa (7 business days) – $60
  • Single Entry Visa (3-4 business days) – $80
  • Multiple Entry Visa (7 business days) – $75
  • Multiple Entry Visa (3-4 business days) – $95

Washington Express Service/Fees:

  • Regular Service (5-8 business days): $215
  • Expedited Service (2-4 business days): $335
