What you will need: 

1. U.S. Passport – You must provide your signed passport. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months and have a blank page available.
2. Zambia Visa Application Forms – Please provide 2 (two) completed visa application forms; click here for a .pdf of the application.  Because the application changes on occasion, we’ve also provided a link to the Zambia Embassy website so you may get the most recent version directly from the Embassy website.  The application forms must be filled out completely and have answers for all fields. They must display your full name as it appears in your passport, and they must be signed.
3. Washington Express Visas Visa Request Form – filled out completely.
4. Photographs – Please provide 2 (two) color, passport size photos. The photographs must be printed on photo paper, must be 2″ by 2″ and have a white background, and must have been taken in the last 6 months. Each photo must be signed on the bottom of the back of the picture.
5. Letter of invitation from your host in Zambia that includes the your name, host’s name and address, your length of stay in Zambia, and the purpose of your visit.
6. Copy of the host’s proof of residency in Zambia, e.g., National Registration Card (in the case of Zambians), copy of the passport and valid visa or permit (in the case of foreigners).
7. Copy of your airline ticket or travel agent itinerary.
8. Copy of your passport information page.
9. Copy of the 1st page of your Zambia Visa Application page.

A business letter of introduction from your company (on company letterhead) addressed to the Embassy of Zambia stating the purpose of travel, the name and contact of the company in Zambia you’re visiting, and a financial guarantee for all of your expenses. Click here to see a sample business letter.
6. Business Invitation – You will also need a business invitation letter from the sponsoring company in Zambia, printed on company letterhead and signed by a senior manager.  The letter must explain the nature of the business to be conducted, as well as the names and addresses of companies to be contacted in Zambia.
7. Copy of your airline ticket or travel agent itinerary.
8. Copy of your passport information page.
9. Copy of the 1st page of your Zambia Visa Application page.

Zambia Consular Fees:

• Single Entry (Regular Service) – $25
• Double Entry (Regular Service) – $40
• Multiple Entry (Regular Service) – $75
• Same Day Service : $50
• Next Day Service: $40

**Rush applications are processed Monday’s – Wednesday’s only. Rush visa fees are addition to the regular visa fee.

• Expedited Service (2-4 business days): $335
